K-TECH Technicians are available 7 days a week (by appointment) to suit your needs and for the business emergency about IT situations. On-site computer technical support services are charged at $70 (GST Inc.) per hour. Costs are calculated in 15-minute blocks with a minimum of one hour. Please see our normal business operating schedule. Our on-site computer technicians are hard workers and it is rare that we need to be on-site for more than an hour or two at most.
